Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

To begin a return, email us at support@gadget-grv.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund hasn’t been received after 15 business days, contact us at support@gadget-grv.com.
